So, I mentioned the other day that I was waiting to see my psychiatrist. So, I guess I’ve already broken the ice. 🙂

Hi, my name Lizze Gorski. I am the author and owner of this blog, and I have type II bipolar with borderline traits. It’s taken two years and a lot of work to get where I am today. I’ll never be cured but I will be here at this point, and for me here is good enough.

I will be on medications for the rest of my life. Doesn’t matter though because I’ll be on medications for the rest of my life because of any number of my other diagnoses. So I really don’t mind the medications.

I’ll be in therapy with my new therapist, Kay, Pattie and my psychiatrist, Dr. K, until they retire. Then I will move on to whomever comes after that. I’m not going to worry about it though because it will happen when it happens.

Overtime, I’ll share more of my story, my diagnoses and how I feel about the whole thing – because this is just the tip of the iceberg of how I feel about it all.
