I have been given this product as part of a product review through the Chronic Illness Bloggers network. Although the product was a gift, all opinions in this review remain my own, and I was in no way influenced by the company.
While I don’t typically test products such as Fibro Soothe, I decided to work outside of my box. Upon receipt of my bottle of Fibro Soothe, I called my Primary Care Physician, giving her the list of ingredients to be sure that none of them would interact with my current medications. Once I was given clearance by my doctor, I immediately took my first dose of Fibro Soothe.
I don’t normally do things like this because I don’t want someone to purchase something that I review when the outcome is subjective. However, because I have severe fibromyalgia and I know many others do as well, many of them seeking relief, so I thought I would give this a try. If after reading this review you decide you’d like to try Fibro Soothe as well make sure you talk to your doctor before starting this supplement.
Each Fibro Soothe bottle, by ProHealth, contains 120 pills; they’re big pills too so be forewarned. Now you have a few options at this point. You can take three pills once per day, or you can take three pills twice a day.
I take my medications twice a day so adding Fibro Soothe into that routine wasn’t difficult. I did question whether it would work. I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect or not, but I did experience a relief in my symptoms. I’ve been experiencing pretty bad fibro flare-ups lately because of the crazy weather we have in Ohio, and I’ve been miserable the last few months. While Fibro Soothe did not stop my pain, it did, however, take the edge off and make it more manageable. I noticed an improvement in my pain while taking the Fibro Soothe. The times I noticed the biggest difference was once I ran out of it, my pain became worse, my joints sore and less likely to move the way I wanted.
The only issues that I had are with the physical size of the pill. I typically don’t do well with large pills, that’s just me. I also noticed that the pill tasted like sawdust, or what I imagine sawdust would taste like, having never actually tasted it in real life. Please keep in mind that everyone is different and if you try fiber food your experience may be different as well. If you choose to try a supplement like fibrosis or any other supplement always check with your doctor prior to make sure that the supplement is safe for you.
Now, I’m not a doctor, nor do I play one on t.v., I would feel irresponsible if I didn’t ask that you, please keep in mind that everyone is different and if you try Fibro Soothe your experience may be different as well.
